Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the QuickAIBrands platform or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all QuickAI products, including QuickAIFunnel, QuickAIWebsites, and QuickAIBizFlow, as well as any future products offered under the QuickAIBrands platform. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Business Identity

These Terms are an agreement between you and Infinite Possibilities Publishing LLC, doing business as QuickAIBrands and its QuickAI product brands. "QuickAIBrands", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Infinite Possibilities Publishing LLC. QuickAIBrands is the umbrella brand for QuickAIFunnel, QuickAIWebsites, QuickAIBizFlow, and other QuickAI products. Each product brand operates under these Terms unless a product-specific term is expressly presented to you at the point of purchase.

Services

QuickAIBrands provides AI-assisted digital presence, marketing, and business workflow solutions through a family of specialized products. Services may include, but are not limited to:

Website design and development
Funnel strategy and design
Business workflow automation tools
Conversion optimization consultation
Strategy calls and business assessments

The specific services available to you depend on the QuickAI product you engage with. Product-specific service descriptions, deliverables, and pricing are provided at the point of purchase within each product's checkout and intake process.

Purchases and Payments

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the total amount of your purchase. Pricing for each product or service is presented at the point of checkout.

Non-Refundable; Immediate Work Commencement

Because work begins immediately following completed checkout, purchases are non-refundable once checkout is completed, except where a different refund or cancellation right is expressly stated at the point of purchase or required by applicable law.

Recurring Services and Subscriptions

Where you purchase a recurring service (such as hosting, maintenance, or subscription-based add-ons), your subscription renews automatically using the payment method on file. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. If a recurring payment fails, you will be notified by email and given an opportunity to update your payment method and bring your account current. Specific grace periods, dunning notification schedules, and reinstatement terms are provided at the point of purchase and in product-specific terms where applicable. If a recurring payment is not recovered within the applicable period, QuickAIBrands may suspend or remove the affected service. Information associated with your account is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable retention practices. Reinstatement may require payment of all outstanding balances in full.

Customer Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver your project, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about your business
Respond to requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner
Ensure you have rights to any content, images, or materials you provide to us
Not use our services for unlawful or deceptive purposes

Intellectual Property

A. Client-Specific Deliverables. Upon full payment, the client receives ownership or the right to use the client-specific final deliverables to the extent those rights are owned and transferable by Infinite Possibilities Publishing LLC.

B. Pre-Existing and Platform IP. Infinite Possibilities Publishing LLC retains ownership of all pre-existing materials, software, systems, templates, methodologies, workflows, frameworks, tools, reusable components, know-how, QuickAI platform technology, and other materials not uniquely created for that client.

C. Third-Party Materials. Third-party fonts, stock assets, software, APIs, AI tools, licensed content, and similar materials remain subject to their own licenses and ownership terms.

Domain Ownership

Your domain name is always yours. If you provide us access to your domain registrar account, or if we register a domain on your behalf, you retain full ownership of that domain at all times.

AI-Assisted Services and Content

Some QuickAIBrands services use artificial intelligence to assist in generating designs, copy, strategy, and other deliverables. AI-assisted content is provided as a starting point and may require your review and revision. QuickAIBrands does not guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free, original, or suitable for every business purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables before publishing them publicly.

Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or rely on third-party providers, including payment processors, scheduling tools, email delivery services, and cloud infrastructure. QuickAIBrands is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of these third parties. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their respective terms and policies.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services or website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, including but not limited to infringing intellectual property rights, transmitting malicious code, or attempting to disrupt service.

Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." QuickAIBrands disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

No Guaranteed Results

QuickAIBrands does not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, search engine rankings, AI search rankings, or any particular outcome from use of its services. Business outcomes depend on many factors beyond the services provided.

Limitation of Liability

QuickAIBrands shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court.

Waiver of Class Actions

You agree that any arbitration will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Termination and Suspension

QuickAIBrands may suspend or terminate your access to services if you breach these Terms or fail to maintain payment obligations. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

QuickAIBrands reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active clients via email. Your continued use of our services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
